Our water sports activity holidays are
based in Vaujany, an unspoiled traditional French mountain village. The village has an
excellent range of sports facilities including modern swimming pool complex and sports
centre, a tennis club with six hard courts, a cable car rising to 3,300 metres, a spacious
day nursery and a children's activity club. About thirty minutes away from Vaujany,
between Venosc and St Christophe, is the rafting centre and canoeing centre 'Veneon eaux
Vives'. The centre provides white water rafting and canoeing under the guidance and
control of experienced and highly qualified instructors.
As well as water sports activities we also offer the opportunity to participate in a
range of other sports and activities such as mountain biking, walking, tennis, parapenting
and mountaineering.
We have four accommodation options for your water sports activity holiday. Chalet Saskia
is a luxury-catered chalet with 10 bedrooms (can be booked room by room), wonderful views
and very good food and wine. The Rissiou is a 2 star French country hotel in the
centre of the town and close to all amenities. The very comfortable self-catering La Villette
Chalets sleep from 6 -16, and are perfect for those who want that little
bit more flexibility. Finally, new this year we also have 10 superb apartments situated in
Vaujany itself and collectively called 'La Perle de l'Oisans'.
