The village offers an extensive
programme of supervised kids summer activities for children aged between 6 and 16 years at
a very modest cost. Kids outdoor activities include tennis tuition, archery, cooking,
puppet shows, ping-pong, mountain biking, swimming, walking and climbing. All the
activities are adapted to the particular age group and supervised by knowledgeable and
experienced staff. Once a week there is an all-day outing with a picnic, the older
children starting off with the cable car and walking back to Vaujany from Alpette. The
under 6's are also well catered for with an excellent purpose-built nursery in the
village. As well as the extensive range of kids summer activities there are also a wide
range of other sports and activities available in the area for adults including walking,
tennis, white water rafting, canoeing, parapenting, mountain biking, cycling and
mountaineering. The village also has a modern swimming pool and sports complex, and a
cable car that rises to 3,300m. So the parents can have their fun too!
